The current unfavorable environmental and hydro-technical situation in some regions of the country has cre-ated a number serious problems. government Russian Federation created projects programs where dredging is an integral part. There are carried out works, among other things, by multi-bucket dredgers, scoop chain main working body. performance reliability depends on quality materials that experience high dynamic loads, consequences abrasive environment, which leads to accelerated wear swivel. given results study characteristics, range compatibility steels alloys hinged connection dredger bucket technology for restoration these elements, with increase resource unit. Experimental studies simulating assembly small-sized samples determined re-sistance pair. method comparative analysis reference pairs was used. experimental material consisted 13 pairs, including 2 standards made steel 110Mn13, 38CrNi3M (sleeve-finger) 110Mn13 (sleeve finger), remaining were materials: C35K, C45K, 38CrNi3Mo, wear-resistant surfacing E – 190Cr5Si7 LEZ T 590 NG electrodes, wire SV08A, electrodes E50A UONI 13/55 (E513B20H), E46 - ANO-4 (E433R24) after complex heat treatments, chemical-thermal surface plastic deformation, subjected load 6615 N (675 kgf) water-abrasive medium, tested friction machine. Fundamental dependences revealed graphs influence hardness carbon content characteristics various structural classes plotted. Promising full-scale tests determined: 1. (sleeve) SV08A treatment (finger); 2. 38CrNi3Mo C35K 3. cladding (finger).
